4 Jahre Training - Warum aber keiner mehr übrig geblieben ist?!

Angefangen habe ich mit einem Freund aus der Kindheit/Schulzeit, der mich damals ins Fitnessstudio mitgenommen hat. Wohlgefühlt habe ich mich unter den ganzen trainierten Typen definitiv nicht, aber ich habe es probiert.
.
Daraus wurde später eine Gruppe bestehend aus Freunden und alten Schulkollegen. Wir haben gemeinsam trainiert, gute Erfolge erzielt und uns gegenseitig gepusht.

Mit der Zeit ist einer nach dem Anderen wieder weggefallen. 1,5 Jahre später war meine Motivation noch immer am Höhepunkt, aber von den Anderen war keiner mehr übrig. Ich kenne viele die sagen „ich brauche jemanden, der mich motiviert“ - doch ich frage mich, ist es dann das Richtige was du machst?!

Am Ende finde ich es egal, was du machst, solange es dich glücklich macht, aber eines ist fix. Mach die Dinge nicht in Abhängigkeit von Anderen, sonst wirst du nur schwer oder garnicht vorankommen und auch keine Motivation finden.
